Return Policy

1. We are proud of our name and reputation in terms of quality and excellent value. If you are not satisfied with your purchases, we will assist you with the replacement or immediate refund according to the company policy.

2. The customer must inform Oud Elite e-Commerce team by e-mail no later than two days from the date of receiving of the wrong item sent or refund of the item purchased with the reason for the replacement or return.

3. Only not opened and unused items will be considered.

4. Return and replacement can be taken place if the item is the same as the original condition at the time of purchase and covered with the original cover Oud Elite Company.

5. Replacement and refunds shall be free of charge in the case of items sent to the customer by mistake or with a manufacturing defect, such as:

- You received a product different from the one you ordered

- OR the product does not comply with the description shown on Oud Elite e-commerce store

- OR received a damaged or defective product

6. The purchase amount shown on the order invoice will be refunded (order summary) without/excluding shipping charges or customs duties and taxes.

7. In other cases of replacement or refund (other than what is mentioned above) the customer bears the cost of shipping.

8. Return according to the conditions mentioned within two days from the date the customer received the shipment, and the replacement within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the shipment, and will not consider any request after the expiration of the specified period.


Freight and transportation charges are not refundable:

• Oud Elite branches and showrooms will not accept the refund / replacement of purchases made through the e-commerce store

• If the reasons for the return are wrong items shipped or a double shipment, in this case Oud Elite will bear the cost of shipping

• If the reason for the return is that the customers did not like the product, and the product is still the same as the original shipped status, in which case the customer bears the freight/shipping costs


Refund Terms:

• The value of items returned within 14 days from the date of purchase is refunded for cash purchase (Cash on Delivery). For purchase by credit card, the value is added to the buyer's (customer) card after 60 days from the date of purchase

• Oud Elite accepts the replacement if the item is mistakenly sent to the customer

• To claim refunds for a special offer or purchase of multiple items, all items included in the offer must be returned at the time of redemption with the return form duly filled in Oud Elite

• Please send your package including the return or replacement form with your shipment

• You are required to return the items purchased by means of reliable and trusted shipping to ensure the delivery to a valid and authenticated address of Oud Elite mentioned in these terms
